Amazing food and service. It was one of the best meals we've had. The duck was amazing. Definitely recommend eating here. I wish we were staying in the area longer so we could try some other menu items. Before making a booking, check groupon and see if they still have a deal available.

Made very welcome by the friendly, professional staff. I tried the Scottish mussels with Thai green curry sauce. This was fantastic, a real taste sensation, highly recommended. Followed up with the home made pie, again totally flavoursome, excellent. My wife had the duck pate starter and Chicken Kiev main course. She was very complimentary about both. Thanks for a fine evening and dining experience. Full marks 10/10

A huge thanks to Mr Shake, the Manager, and his staff for accommodating our pre-theatre booking. The food was fantastic and thanks to the wonderful service we received we arrived at the theatre in plenty of time to enjoy the show. We'll be back. Thank you.

Food was excellent service was outstanding Just one negative the seat next to window in first booth has you enter the restaurant to avoid it is lumpy and uncomfortable. But food and service outstanding Purchased using a Groupon voucher but there were extras which you simply paid for on site. Eg Groupon voucher for 2 cost 23.20 And paid on site another approx 19.00 for 2 So total price for 2 was 41.20 But that was for a 3 Couse meal with one glass of wine for two people Plus an additional glass of wine For my other half Well worth it food and service .
